We are equipped with Starlink high-speed internet, suitable for streaming, Zoom, and light remote work. If you're seeking a true break from digital life, we also offer digital detox support—just let us know in advance.

✦ Do I need a car?

We recommend having a rental car if you plan to explore beaches, cenotes, or cultural sites. Taxis and trusted drivers are available, but having your own vehicle offers flexibility. We're located just 4 km (2.5 miles) from Xpu-Ha Beach & multiple cenotes.

✦ What’s included in the rental?

All stays include:

  • Full private use of the villa and grounds

  • Access to the cenote-water pool

  • Bottled drinking water

  • Use of the kitchen, altar spaces, and yoga mats & props

  • On-site caretaker for light assistance and security

  • Starlink WiFi and optional digital detox experience

  • Light concierge support for arranging meals, massage, or excursions. (*Full planning available)

✦ Is the villa air-conditioned?

Canto del Sol was designed to breathe with the land. Thick stone walls and open airflow keep the space naturally cool, especially at night. Ceiling and floor fans are available in every room. We do not use air conditioning to protect the off-grid energy system.

✦ Can I drink the water?

Filtered bottled drinking water is provided. Shower and sink water comes from our cenote-fed system and is not for drinking.

✦ How do I get there, and do you provide transportation?

Canto del Sol is located about 1.5 hours from both Cancun and Tulum international airports. We’re happy to arrange private transportation from either, or help guide you with rental car directions.

✦Is Canto del Sol family-friendly?

Yes. While the energy of the space supports stillness and healing, we welcome families who value nature, intentional travel, and respectful use of the space. All bookings with children will be private. Please note there are no safety railings on the pool, so young children require supervision.

✦ Are pets allowed?

Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. a refundable deposit, and extra cleaning fee. We kindly ask that animals stay off the furniture and respect the wildlife that shares this land.
